Never has there been such a moment in history when God has been more eager to initiate a prolific release from Heaven's Treasury. We are living under an Open Heaven, a progressive season of Divine Invasion, literally translating into a cascading of Glory's contents, inclusive of unparalleled revelatory, healings, physical body parts, emotional/spiritual realignments, reserved for this Latter Day Army. In my spirit, I clearly envision Miracle Rallies of unusual manifestations, from mass healings and creative miracles, a forming and spillage of silver, gold, oil and precious gems, all shadows and types of previous expressions, Glory's reflective atmosphere and intent. It's time to venture forth with this prophetic pronouncement and display, the mightiest to date! Signs depict a Sender, One securing the greatest miracle of all...salvation of spirit, soul and body. I need you to take a moment, still that heart, and seek His face in partnering with this anointing. Of utmost importance is the following: Visit the "Donate" icon on this site. Sow a seed, whatever the Holy Spirit directs. Covenant with us on a weekly or monthly basis. Secondly, let's set up a Miracle Rally in your area. During our last crusade, scores observed innumerable visitations, a tangible Cloud, moving and resting throughout the auditorium, the Lord's prelude to a torrential floodtide. Once more, as a Clinician, I am being led to limit patient time at the Augusta, Maine, Clinic and conduct more services. Nevertheless, current and new supporters are required for this strategic endeavor. Let's accomplish this together. Subsequently, reports of signs and wonders will be posted on this locale, as services are held. Partner up now!
Contemplate Heaven's boundaries, the very heart of God. No other being has been lied about more than He. Such has arrived by way of religion and traditions of men...a desensitization process of twenty centuries. Even the unbeliever back then was convinced of His works. Those exploits currently translate into this fact: A splinter has no more right to that body, than iniquity in the soul!
Let me accord a little prophetic word here: Heaven yearns for the reader to remain within an "Above and Beyond" posture where, more frequently than not, the very laws of nature are suspended to benefit humanity, thus according and demonstrating Divine favor. Once more, that which doesn't belong, from moles to poverty, must literally morph and die in their tracks, as Covenant's promises are attracted like bugs to light!
In God, there abides no darkness. Even His shadow is blinding! Divine destiny begins with that first step, inner-illumination, one candle power, not unlike the lights of an automobile. Static doesn't exist in Commission's journey. Never permit perceived lack to hinder obedience, Heaven's Tripline. What one compromises to keep will be lost!
While moving forward, the obedient and surrendered promote a radiant, contagious atmosphere of healing, peace, joy, restoration, reconciliation and hope, through actions and words, a heart poised to both receive and radiate Divine Love, Light and Life, in that expressed order and progression, from which proceed the most unfathomable of miracles. Light is not merely for seeing, but for walking.
A Believer enjoys the company of Glory's total Presence and backing. Analogous to the wings of a butterfly, God frequently speaks in whispers, that inner still, small Voice, as easy to hit as it is to miss. Silence, indeed, has a sound. In quietness and confidence, the revelatory arrives, prompting a gift of faith for the previously impossible. Likened unto the wind, such utterances reach readied ears...those set sails of entry!
What is the Spirit saying to the Church during this hour? Without question, His major emphasis remains on intimacy with the Father, accompanied by an impartation of identity, a perception of His righteousness and holiness, who we are in Christ, the Bride's function in a world, hungering and thirsting for a manifestation of God's Love.
I once was awaiting a late dinner at a local restaurant. While seated, my eyes scanned the establishment and were immediately drawn, like a magnet, to a young lady who apparently had accompanied her family to that eatery. She was beautiful. However, the Lord diverted my attention to this individual's eyes, which were aimlessly wandering and rapidly fluttering. It was evident that the adolescent could not see. Employees and customers surrounding us were oblivious to the malady. God had given me His heart, mind and vision for that moment and situation.
Knowing that the Glory is attracted to any, and all forms of pain, I awaited a word from the Throne Room. His revelation was both exciting and invigorating: "Paul, tell the Family to prepare for an Outpouring that will spill into the highways and byways of humanity. Darkness will not be able to extinguish the Creator's plan, those good and perfect gifts so yearned for and needed by the Children. Where sin and its byproducts abound, the miraculous will much more gain ascendency. Just as Jesus came not to judge, but to redeem the lost, sick and oppressed, such will be the case in this unprecedented movement. Restoration and reconciliation are paramount. All creation awaits that positive correction. Let My people know that I'm not arriving with a rod. Instead, the Lover of Souls will pour forth the Oil of Gladness and Healing. Iniquity can never outshine the Mercy Seat's Love. This Army will venture to the four corners of the earth, obliterating negativity of every form with compassion-triggered signs and wonders, the likes of which have yet to be witnessed."
Praying for the blind teen, a peace flooded the atmosphere of Applebee's, a knowing that she would be restored to God's original intent. Destiny's will was to rule and reign in her life. The Word went into that young spirit, not unlike a laser, guiding a restorative "smart bomb."
Enoch walked with the Father and found himself in another dimension. That's the precise key to absolute effectiveness and fulfillment. Nothing else will do. I know that every Christian is being personally challenged to cross that proverbial line of the mundane and enter into a Supernatural realm of newness that finally gets the job done, thereby facilitating Jesus' return.
The Revelator once said, "I will first come in Presence, then in Person." That, indeed, is happening, as dreams, visions and compassion increase. This is not an hour to give up and faint, but to stand and resist. Just as, in the natural, God provides rain for the sustainment of life, He will not permit you to wither and die, if a quality decision is made to remain in that Secret Place. Truly, this is the lull before the storm, the Almighty's onslaught of Covenant's content.
Have you ever attempted listening to two people at once? Count to ten in your mind, while audibly reciting the alphabet. It can't be done! That's an example I often use with my OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) patients, in teaching them to pattern interrupt and subsequently reconfigure neuropathways of the brain. Another significant element of recovery is a determination to bring every thought into captivity, a refusal to fight their bullying obsessions. Those in recovery choose to replace a negative suggestion, or projection, with a healthy counterpart. That's exactly what the Believer must do when bringing every thought into captivity and putting on the Mind of Christ.
Tune out the world. Acknowledge His Presence, and wait in quietness and confidence. What He unveils, an unprecedented knowing, will blow your socks off and still that soul. Gifts of faith for people, places and things will bountifully guide you into a materialization of the prophetic, as the Word takes on substance and flesh.
Satan vigorously operates from the sense realm. Why? He knows that most move and have their being there. We've been trained from those early years to respond with carnal tools in regions that are common unto man. Yet, we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but powers and principalities in high places. Therefore, God has accorded us weapons that are mighty and powerful, for the primary purpose of pulling down strongholds, that which is not common to this world. You and I, in Christ, possess the necessary weaponry that has the potential to heal all oppressed of the devil, exactly as Jesus did. Double-mindedness and halting between two opinions have to go, as a newness is embraced. No longer can the Church do business as usual.
Let's yield to the Instructor, as we sit in His classroom of the miraculous!
"Beloved, Glory's Membrane has stretched to a point of transparency. And transparency promotes intimacy. From that unique vantage point, revelations richly flow. Mary said it well. 'Whatever He (Jesus) tells you to do, do it!' Christ is the Spirit of Prophecy, that Force behind the prophetic. Only in quietness before me, and confidence, can strength be derived. In My Presence is the fullness of joy, and joy equates to strength. Consider Enoch. He walked with God and was not! I am no respecter of persons. Child, you, too, can have the richness of that same closeness. Heaven is calling the Church away from the beggarly elements of this world, into the richness of the Glory, a position where all needs are met. Listen well! Every time you obey that still, small Voice, regardless of how insignificant the assignment might seem, there's a pricking away at Heaven's Membrane and a consequent unleashing of Covenant and miraculous, which can't be separated. Continue seeding that Cloud. The Pillar of Fire is now in you, Redeemed Soldier, along with the excellency of the Blood's Power. My progression of promotion is from Glory to Glory. Defeat isn't recognized here. Prepare to turn a new corner. On the other side of that wall lies a wealth of fulfilled promises. Attend to the Word, and know this: Darkness will be hunted down...yes, even in the common places... supermarkets, medical centers, Main Street, wherever the enemy has done business. An abundance of Rain hovers over the horizon. Prophesy to the Wind. Speak that which is heard on the inside. Fear not! Cast down vain imaginations and high thoughts, attempting to exalt themselves against your knowledge of the Contract, since negative's contrary is true. Facts are always subservient to truth. Faith-filled words dominate the law of sin and death. No weapon formed against you can prosper. The old is gone. New! New! New! Yes, all has become new! Lay aside weights and sins. You are not alone in this progressively thrilling process, either. Make way for the Mind of Christ and new thoughts. The Agent and Motivator of Change has begun initiating newness for spirit, soul and body. Be still upon the Potter's Wheel. You're in good hands!"

The Holy Spirit spoke to me, years ago, in an Orange County mausoleum, of all places, prior to that Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Gold Manifestation, witnessed by millions. Additionally, the Lord has entrusted this work with the hearts of many precious souls, from prisoners to the extremely well known in the arts. Heaven possesses unbelievable Supernatural plans for each. We must be faithful to that call, deliver those messages, and become dutiful servants.

Nevertheless, in this downloading process, a gift of faith arises, for the express purpose of underscoring, validating, gestating and birthing the previously unthinkable and impossible. We are there now. Let's move into that newness with all vigor!
I want to sincerely and gratefully thank those who have sown precious seed into this Ministry of the Miraculous. Our outreach is fertile ground. You have approached the Lord with a gift. Your reward will be equal to mine. In plain terms, partnership is a committed process of locking arms. Prayers and financial sacrifices have never gone unnoticed in God's Kingdom. Both allow me to take the Father's Word, signs and wonders to hurting people, those whose lives and eternal destinies depend upon this synergy.
